Important Notice: Shipping Delay Due to Warehouse Relocation

Shipping for the following brand products is temporarily on hold due to warehouse relocation until early May:

  • ZERO JAPAN (except for Sale items)
  • YAMACHU
  • M-TAKA

  • RIKAGAKU

Shipping policy and information 

We use UPS, USPS and DHL to ship your order.  Unless requested by the customer, we do not require a signature for delivery.  

 

*Estimated Shipping Times* 

UPS Ground: Up to 5 - 8 business days (within the 48 contiguous states)
USPS Priority Mail: 2 - 5 business days (within the 48 contiguous states)

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Weekend orders, holidays, and inclement weather can cause shipping times to vary. 

The Shipping costs appearing in your shopping cart are calculated based on the rates of each carrier rates.

We are basically able to ship to the United States only. 

We are not responsible for any shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please call the shipping carrier you chose to resolve the matter. 

If the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Santoku NYC, we will contact the customer. At that time, the customer can choose to submit payment for to send it to the recipient again.

Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information in their order information.
